At FotoZoomer we want you to be 100% satisfied with every product you order. We guarantee that all products will be shipped to you free of defects in material and workmanship.

Should you receive material that exhibits defects in material or workmanship, FotoZoomer will provide a full refund or replacement if you notify us in writing within 30 days from the date you received your order.

Please open each shipment promptly once it is received so that any problems can be resolved within the 30-day guarantee.

How To Request a Refund or Replacement Product

FotoZoomer wants to maintain a great relationship with all of our customers, our goal is to make every part of your experience with us a pleasant one. We know that having to deal with a return can be an interruption to your business, and that is why we have implemented a simple process that ensures you will receive your refund or product replacement in a timely manner. To begin the process, please contact any one of our customer service representatives within 30 days of purchase at 702-485-4421.

Obtaining a Return Authorization Number

Prior to returning a product please obtain a Return Authorization number from your account specialist or customer service representative. Once the return has been approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number to help you track the return through the process and to ensure proper credit is received. Shipping instructions for the returned item(s) will be provided at the time the Return Authorization number is issued. Please follow these instructions closely.

Types of Returns and What You Can Expect

Ordering Error Claims

We understand that items are sometimes ordered in error and we are happy to help you when this occurs. We simply ask that you return the items in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 20% re-stock fee. If the original packaging has been damaged please notify FotoZoomer when you initiate the return process. Certain items cannot be returned to FotoZoomer for refunds or exchanges.  These items include, but are not limited to, downloadable software products, print orders, special order products, ink products or any used and/or opened products.

Damaged or Lost Shipment Claims

Please take a moment to open the box and inspect your shipments when they arrive. If the packaging is damaged and the enclosed item appears to be damaged, it’s important that you keep the original package and call us to file a claim with the carrier. 

Manufacturing Defect Claims

When a product is thought to contain a manufacturing defect, we may request that photos or samples be provided for evaluation prior to a Return Authorization number being issued.  It may also be suggested that you contact the manufacturer directly to settle the issue, especially if it has been after 30 days from the date of purchase.

FotoZoomer Shipping Error Claims

We ask that you make a claim with us within 2 business days from the delivery date in order to ensure a refund can be issued or a replacement product can be sent.

Shipping Carrier Policies

These are the published policies and are subject to their specific terms and conditions and may change without notice.

FedEx Claims

Claims for FedEx shipments damaged in transit, non-delivery, or denial of signature are required within 15 days of the original invoice and the original shipping carton must be retained. FedEx reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim.

UPS Claims

Claims for UPS shipments damaged in transit are required within 15 days of the original invoice and the original shipping carton must be retained. UPS reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim.

LTL Claims

Claims for LTL (less than truckload) shipments damaged in transit are required within 2 business days of the original invoice. These claims must be accompanied by a signed delivery receipt and the original shipping carton must be retained. The LTL service provider reserves the right to inspect the damaged product to finalize the claim. Damaged or shorted shipments must have been identified on the original signed delivery receipt or Bill of Lading when the shipment was delivered.

Additional Information

To ensure proper credit to your account, all returns must be made in their original packaging with all of the original unopened pieces, packaging materials, software, accessories, manuals and all other contained material.  You must include a copy of your packing list with your return.


If the returned material is found to be free of defects and isn’t covered by a warranty, FotoZoomer reserves the right to accept the material and charge a 15% restocking fee.

30-Day Warranty

For a period of 30 days from the time an order is received by the customer, FotoZoomer warrants that all goods shipped from FotoZoomer will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This is the sole and exclusive limited warranty offered for products ordered from FotoZoomer. FotoZoomer does not warrant any product for suitability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

FotoZoomer and its officers, agents, and contractors shall bear no liability whatsoever for statutory, general, special, consequential, or tort damages with respect to uses of products purchased, including loss of profits, business, or goodwill. FotoZoomer shall in no way be liable for any damages for any reason whatsoever that would exceed the replacement value of the material.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  You must inspect all items shipped to you for any damaged or missing items prior to signing for delivery. Any claims for missing items must be reported to FotoZoomer within 48 hours after you have received the shipment. Damaged items must be noted when delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned to FotoZoomer for refunds, these items include, but are not limited to, downloadable software products, print orders, special order products, ink products or any used and/or opened products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as a packing slip. 

Please do not send your purchase back without an authorized FotoZoomer issued RMA#.

There is a 20% restocking fee on any and all returned items regardless of reason.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable) Any item not in it's original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds: (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds: (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at supplies@fotozoomer.com.

Sale Items: (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged that are FotoZoomer branded items. You may be required to contact the manufacture directly for replacement item for such things as ink, media and component items.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us your request in an email to supplies@fotozoomer.com.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item and for the exchange of items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. FotoZoomer does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
